The challenge
The Vow Bridal came to us with an AI-generated UI design and a clear business goal: turn the concept into a functional website where customers could explore bridal services, make purchases, and book appointments.
With a tight timeline and specific design expectations, we needed to translate the initial concept into a polished, production-ready experience without losing the details the client cared about. Beyond the storefront, the business also needed a booking system with the flexibility of tools like Calendly, including appointment management across multiple departments and stores.

Our approach
We combined AI-assisted design iteration with custom WordPress development to move quickly from an initial concept to a working product, validating the experience through a demo site before expanding its functionality.
From AI concept to polished design
We used AI throughout the design process to refine the initial UI concept, explore improvements, and bring the client's vision closer to a cohesive website design ready for implementation.
WordPress development and validation
We translated the design into a WordPress website, starting with a demo environment to validate the visual direction and core experience. We then developed and refined the functionality feature by feature, keeping the implementation aligned with the client's requirements.
Custom booking and calendar integration
We developed a tailored booking experience inspired by the convenience of Calendly, with booking management designed for multiple departments and store locations. We also integrated Google Calendar to connect appointment scheduling with the client's existing workflow.
